How to Register

1. Download and fill out the registration form completely (you must fill out a separate registration form for each entry).

2. Enclose at least two photographs depicting each project from at least two different angles. Professional photographs or high resolution digital images are highly recommended. Please do not submit computer printouts or low resolution digital photos.

3. Please note that phtographs depicting people and/or animals are prohibited due to licensing restrictions and will be rejected. Also, no photos alluding to the consumption of alcoholic beverages or other illicit activities will be allowed. Pool Lifestyle reserves the right to reject any submissions that do not meet these guidelines.

4. Enclose a project description along with the completed entry form. Additional paper may be attached if necessary.

5. Enclose a check made out to Pool Lifestyle —$99 per entry (you may only submit 1 project with each entry).

6. Sign and date your entry and mail completed package to:

7. Winning entries will be posted on the web site and will be featured in the special Design Awards issue of Pool Lifestyle Magazine, to be published in the Spring of 2005.
